Triaging your backlog
The backlog is where issues land after they sync from your connected providers. Issues in the backlog are not on the board yet. They are waiting to be triaged.
Layout
Section titled “Layout”The backlog page has two sections:
- Ready: issues that have been promoted to the first lane on the board. This section has an orange accent bar.
- Backlog: all other synced issues that are not on the board.
Both sections show a count badge with the number of issues.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Three filters are available at the top of the page:
- Search: filters issues by title and project reference as you type
- Assigned to me: toggle to show only issues assigned to you
- Repo filter: dropdown to show issues from a specific repository
Reordering
Section titled “Reordering”Drag and drop issues within each section to set your preferred order. The sort order is saved per workspace.
Syncing
Section titled “Syncing”Click the Sync button to pull the latest issues from all connected providers. A toast notification confirms how many issues were synced.
