Using the kanban board
The board is the main view in Overvy. It displays your issues as cards organized into lanes (columns).
Layout
Section titled “Layout”Each lane is a vertical column. The default lanes are Ready, In Progress, In Review, and Done. Each lane has a colored accent bar that matches its type:
- Ready: orange
- In Progress: blue
- In Review: purple
- Done: green
Issue cards
Section titled “Issue cards”Each card on the board shows:
- The issue title
- A project badge with the provider icon, repository name (e.g.
owner/repo), and issue number (e.g.#42) - An AI badge if the issue is marked as AI-ready
- A linked PR indicator if a pull request is associated
- Assignee avatars
Click a card to open the issue drawer, a side panel showing the full issue details including description, labels, comments, linked pull requests, and triage controls.
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Use the search bar at the top to filter issues by title or project reference. The repo filter dropdown lets you show only issues from a specific repository.
Switching workspaces
Section titled “Switching workspaces”The workspace switcher in the navbar shows your active workspace name. Click it to see all your workspaces and switch between them.
