Sign up & your first workspace

Go to app.overvy.com and click Sign in with GitHub or Sign in with GitLab. You will be redirected to the provider to authorize Overvy.

Your first workspace

Section titled “Your first workspace”

After signing in for the first time, Overvy takes you through onboarding where you create your first workspace. Give it a name that describes the work it will track, for example “My Project” or “Backend”.

Your workspace comes with four default lanes:

  • Ready: issues that are ready to be picked up
  • In Progress: work that is actively being done
  • In Review: work waiting for review
  • Done: completed work

You can customize these later in Settings > Lanes.
